Terms and Conditions

• • I am 18 years of age or older.
•  
• • I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.

  • • I understand that my appointment as a Wahl SEA Ambassador is for a maximum period of 12 months.  Should I wish to continue being an Ambassador for Wahl SEA, I am required to reapply to the program.
•  
• • I will promote and market Wahl SEA products to customers.
  •    • Receive new products / items and write about products on social networks (photos, videos, posts etc)
  •    • Share brand message on social networks
  •    • Receive new products and write about them for promotions we create or to be used as product images.
  •    • Share content using our brand hashtags: #wahlprosea, #allwahl, #onewahl, #wahlambassador, #wahlfamily, #barberlife.

• • I understand that Wahl SEA will not tolerate discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to age, sex, race, colour, creed, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability or marital status, or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, commonwealth or state law.
•  
• • Wahl SEA will own the rights to use both locally and globally, any images, videos or comments I post.
•  
• • I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks.
•  
• • I will receive Wahl products to a maximum value of US$500 throughout my membership year.
•  
• • I will not sell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
•  
• • I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
•  
• • I will promote Wahl SEA products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed.
•  
• • I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
•  
• • I will post as often a minimum of twice a week on my social media accounts and tag @wahlprosea, whilst also using the hashtags
• • #wahlprosea, #allwahl, #onewahl, #wahlambassador, #wahlfamily, #barberlife in each post. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by Wahl SEA.
•  
• • I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and any outstanding entitlement of Wahl products will be forfeited effective immediately. 
•  
• • I am bound by confidentiality relating to any new product, impending product launch or product testing unless specifically given authority. Posting anything about a new product before Wahl SEA does will result in instant dismissal from the program and complete disavowment from Wahl globally.
•  
• • If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program any outstanding entitlement of Wahl products will be forfeited effective immediately. Any photos sent to Wahl SEA will remain in their database to use globally as the company chooses.
•  
• • If the company terminates the Brand Ambassador program, any outstanding entitlement of Wahl products will be fulfilled by the company within 60 days of termination of program.
•  
• • I must be an active Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.
